I have been working as a family therapist for over 9 years. I have experience working with individuals from many walks of life, families, couples, and children, including individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, parent child interaction therapy, and couples counseling.

I aim to assist kids, individuals and families manage anxiety, conflict resolution, improve communication skills, depressive symptoms, building coping strategies, trauma processing, attachment work, grief, and more. My goal is to help people build upon their own personal strengths towards increased happiness and hope!
