Pursuing therapy can feel like a daunting task when you are already feeling stressed, depressed, or anxious. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space for you to be vulnerable, heal from past traumas, and support you in reaching your goals. I will work to provide you with the tools needed to feel empowered to overcome life’s challenges.

I have worked in the field of child welfare for over 6 years, and have experience in working with juvenile justice, probation, adoptions, family reunification, transition from care, and survivors of human trafficking.

I have experience assisting children, adolescents, adults who have experienced child welfare history, abuse or neglect, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, inter-partner violence, substance abuse, childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, burnout, and attachment. I can help you develop the tools needed to overcome these experiences and become your best self in the process.
