Jessica Bowman, ACSW

Hi and welcome:

My name is Jessica Bowman and I am an Associate Clinician Social Worker (ACSW).

I am a dedicated clinician who values each of my clients. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, sacred space for my clients to grow and heal. It is an honor and privilege to be a part of your journey. I understand how hard it is to ask for help. I am so glad you are here taking the necessary action to honor yourself. The light in me honors the light in you.

As a clinician I am passionate about empowering you to find your most authentic, honest, and true self. When we continue to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result it can lead to disappointment, or feeling like a failure. Let me help you explore and notice patterns and behaviors that may be hindering your desired growth. No matter if you have past trauma you need help to release, feel stuck in your current every day, or have a goal you are trying to accomplish; I am here to hold space for you. By exploring what is no longer working for you, you will start to develop a higher level of consciousness into noticing where your body and brain potentially are disconnected. Once you have this awareness you can start to question, explore, and challenge your thinking and feeling. This is where the magic happens and transformation starts to occur as you become your most authentic self.

I utilize an eclectic and trauma informed person centered approach in my practice. I have knowledge, training, and utilize various evidence based approaches including Belief Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, and various Mindfulness techniques. I am also in the process of completing my RYT-200 hours of yoga and integrate this knowledge into my practice. I believe in working as a team by creating an individualized plan tailored specifically to your desired goals and outcomes.
