I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, and I specialize in clinical mental health and career counseling. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals like you navigate life’s challenges and have had the privilege of working with diverse groups of people across the adolescent, young adult, and adult phases of life.

 I believe in taking an integrated approach to therapy, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. My foundations lie in existential therapy and person-centered therapy, allowing for a holistic and individualized approach to our work together. I am experienced in working with various clinical issues and have a particular passion for working with folks experiencing mood disorders, such as anxiety or depression.
